About the role
- Serve as subject-matter expert within CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects
- Analyze and evaluate requirements providing product expertise and guidance
- Ensure the solution meets the client's business needs
- Educate clients about CRIMS functionality
- Monitor and evaluate client requirements for enhancements
- Document and communicate product improvements
- Support the defect resolution process
Requirements
- 7-10+ years experience
- experience supporting or implementing investment management solutions
- basic knowledge of fixed income or equity financial instruments
- basic understanding of investment management flows
- basic command of SQL
- familiarity with FIX or similar protocols
- familiarity with Crystal Reports or similar reporting packages
