About the role

  • Support customer post-go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) product
  • Define new client requirements and configure the application to the client’s needs
  • Test technical workflows and resolve issues
  • Liaise with other Charles River Support team and Product resources to troubleshoot application issues
  • Lead and manage multiple technical initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members including business analysts, project managers, and customer staff

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the Financial / Software Services industry
  • Hands-on experience gained in the financial industry working for a consultancy or software vendor
  • Java and C# programming skills
  • Knowledge of ETL tools such as Kettle and Talend
  • Familiar with at least one SCM (Perforce would be a plus)
  • Understanding of ERDs and N-tier application architecture
  • SOAP/XML and messaging software like MQ Series, MSMQ, Sonic MQ, Open JMS, Kafka
  • In-depth knowledge of one of the following RDBMS: Oracle or MS SQL Server
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent field
