About the role
- Prepare, analyze and report performance investment data for real estate funds
- Provide clients and investors with annual and quarterly financial reports
- Review quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes
- Manage client relationships and coordinate annual audit and tax return preparation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of general ledger accounting or audit experience
- 1 year of leadership experience
- Previous Financial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, vlookup)
