About the role
- Manage the Regulatory Reporting team
- Address day-to-day operational issues and escalations
- Liaise with project teams and IT
- Provide program oversight for key regulatory reporting initiatives
- Liaise with external counterparties and industry forums
- Interpret regulatory text and work with business and technology teams
- Oversee the development and design of regulatory reporting processes
- Drive root cause analysis, gap analysis, and produce business requirement documentation
- Lead prioritization discussions with key stakeholders
Requirements
- 12-16 years in regulatory reporting, risk management, compliance, audit, control experience preferred
- Regulatory reporting awareness and exposure to MiFID II, EMIR, CFTC, or APAC regulators is preferred
- Previous management experience, management experience in a global organization a plus
- Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – PP, Teams, Word, Excel, Access
