About the role
- Conduct detailed process mapping, analysis, and design to identify areas for improvement across business functions.
- Apply process engineering methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams to design and implement automated solutions, enhancing process efficiency.
- Use data analysis techniques to monitor process performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process workflows to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Assist with the implementation and testing of new processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational objectives.
- Monitor and analyze process metrics, providing insights and reports to stakeholders on process performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or a related technical role.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and process mapping software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document and present process improvements to stakeholders.
- Flexible working hours (restricted to the current business need)
