About the role
- Ownership of the design and successful execution of transfer agency Lift out activities and onboarding
- Accountable for the operational service delivery and the client experience within this function
- Ensure day to day service delivery and operational risk management throughout the lifecycle of the activities
- Governance of the TA risk profile of this function including ensuring TA meet all Regulatory requirements
- Leadership and culture of the TA function with a focus on employee engagement and the development and retention of talent
Requirements
- 10-15 years plus working experience in Transfer Agency and/or Fund Administration
- Proven leadership skills as well as managing and developing a high performing operational team
- Technical knowledge of Transfer Agency activities and associated regulations
- Experience interfacing at a senior level with clients and service providers
- Strong team leadership, coaching, mentoring, communication and presentation skills
- A relevant graduate degree or masters qualification that can be leveraged in this role
