- lead the Level-3 (L3) production support function for SailPoint platforms
- own L3 support for SailPoint (IIQ)

Requirements
- 13+ years total in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- 6+ years on SailPoint
- 3+ years leading engineers/people management
- proficient in Java/BeanShell, PowerShell/Python
- strong SQL on Oracle/SQL Server
- experience with InfoSec, Audit, Risk
- proven experience managing and mentoring a 6–12 member team
