About the role
- Processes high volume of international loans
- Executes instructions to receive or deliver securities
- Ensure team meets agreed SLA, KPI and KRI
- Assists business area with inquiries and coordinates responses
- Timely resolution of counterparty issues
- Identifies and analyzes operations risks
- Works collaboratively across SSGM Globally on key initiatives
Requirements
- 12+ years experience in knowledge services environment serving Capital Market in Stock lending domain
- Handling a team of over 20 people at a minimum
- In depth knowledge of securities lending, mark to market, SBL, Corporate actions, Settlements of FI or Equity and Collateral management.
- MBA/BS/BA or equivalent
