About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as a primary point of contact for our members, staff, and the public.
- Plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service through phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person interactions.
- Triages incoming calls, greets and assists visitors, assesses needs, and directs inquiries.
- Shares responsibility for maintaining the membership database, resolving record discrepancies.
- Performs administrative functions such as managing conference rooms and calendars.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a front desk/reception or administrative position or two (2) years’ experience in a call center environment, preferably using an Automatic Call Distribution.
