About the role

  • Preparation of forecasts and financial planning, as well as participation in liquidity planning
  • Development and further enhancement of our reporting system and control instruments using a BI system
  • Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and profitability analyses
  • Support for budget negotiations with payers

Requirements

  • University degree in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on healthcare, or equivalent qualification
  • Preferably professional experience in the hospital sector
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and self-initiative
  • Ideally, experience with the clinical information system (KIS) "Orbis/NICE"
  • Willingness to take responsibility, flexibility, and pronounced teamwork skills
  • Reliable and independent working style
