About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support daily living routines (meals, hygiene, organization)
- Assist with community access (shopping, errands, outings)

Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance (meeting state requirements)
- Ability to pass a background check (not all records are disqualifying)
- Comfortable supporting personal care needs
- Preferred: Experience in caregiving, DSP, behavioral support, or IDD roles
- Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
- Strong communication and boundary-setting skills
- CPR/First Aid certification
