Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direct care and ADL support (meals, hygiene, daily routines)

Use behavioral support strategies and trauma-informed care

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Current full coverage auto insurance (meeting state requirements)
Ability to pass a background check (not all records are disqualifying)
Experience with trauma-informed care / behavioral support
Preferred (not required): Experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, behavioral technician, or childcare provider
Preferred (not required): Experience supporting individuals with I/DD, autism, or mental health needs
Preferred (not required): CPR / First Aid certification
