About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide one-on-one pediatric homecare to children with complex medical needs
Provide patient care according to accepted nursing standards, the physician's plan of treatment, and the individualized plan of care
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment
Deliver compassionate, respectful care to patients and their families
Maintain patient confidentiality
Educate patients, families, and caregivers
Complete additional case-specific responsibilities as assigned
Optionally create authentic content highlighting life as a Star Pediatrics nurse
Share day-in-the-life work experiences while protecting patient privacy
Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with the Marketing team on weekly content ideas and post approvals
Answer questions from prospective nursing candidates through social media comments or direct messages
Participate in virtual hiring events or recruiting campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active New Jersey RN or LPN license
Warm, engaging personality
Comfortable speaking on camera
Strong clinical performance and professionalism
Commitment to HIPAA, patient privacy, and organizational guidelines
Basic video editing skills preferred but not required
Interest in social media welcomed but not required
Nurse Influencer Program is optional and available to qualified employees
