Key responsibilities & impact

Provide one-on-one pediatric homecare to children with complex medical needs
Provide patient care according to accepted nursing standards, the physician's plan of treatment, and individualized plans of care
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment
Deliver compassionate and respectful care to patients and families
Maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active New Jersey RN or LPN license
Warm, engaging personality
Comfortable speaking on camera
Strong clinical performance and professionalism
Commitment to HIPAA, patient privacy, and organizational guidelines
Basic video editing skills preferred but not required
Interest in social media welcomed but not required
