About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support manufacturing operations by scheduling work orders and coordinating production activities.
  • Contribute to managing parts availability, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining smooth operations.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and customer service teams to meet priorities and deadlines.
  • Analyze missing parts and coordinate solutions with engineering and materials teams.
  • Prioritize work orders based on customer deadlines, inventory needs, and production capacity.
  • Manage rush orders and ensure daily coordination with production teams.
  • Participate in overall planning, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Print labels in accordance with the Bill of Materials (BOM).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual required (French and English, written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • Experience in the lighting industry or manufacturing is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to adapt quickly and reprioritize in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially when verifying documents and labels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
