About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Carry out repairs and fault finding on lifts
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
Replace and upgrade components
Attend breakdowns and support call-outs
Return lifts to service safely and efficiently
Complete site paperwork and keep records up to date
Cover Chichester and surrounding areas across a local, structured patch
Work across commercial, residential and public sites
Manage day-to-day work with support from a local supervisor when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent
Experience working as a lift engineer in service or repair
Full UK driving licence
Appropriate right to work must be held by applicants
Sponsorship is not available
Comprehensive lift engineering background, including NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent
