About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with repairs and maintenance on stairlifts, home lifts, hoists, and mobility equipment
- Support scheduled servicing visits and emergency call-outs
- Learn how to complete minor repairs and fault finding
- Assist with risk assessments in line with company procedures
- Help maintain accurate service records, including log cards where required
- Work alongside experienced engineers to deliver safe, reliable solutions
- Receive full training and support to develop engineering service and maintenance skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
- Good understanding of best-in-class customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Valid UK driving license essential
- Appropriate right to work must be held
- Sponsorship is not available
