Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years in commercial roles with a record of achievement

- Understanding of channel sales and B2B

- Owner instinct and ability to adapt
- Insatiable curiosity and a sense of what is possible
- Team-first attitude, no lone wolves
- P&C or HNW experience is a plus, not a requirement
