About the role

  • Be an expert on Stampli‘s Financial Operations Platform for new and current customers
  • Answer customer inquiries within Intercom promptly, efficiently, and professionally
  • Support, onboard, train, and drive customer success for AP workflows
  • Work directly with customers via chatbox/Intercom and manage simple integrations to accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct and QuickBooks
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success leadership, Product, and Development teams to escalate complex issues
  • Proactively explore AI-driven methods to enhance customer support efficiency and streamline invoice processing and approval workflows
  • Assist customers in leveraging AI-powered features, such as Billy the Bot™, to automate invoice processing, approvals, and communications

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Accounts Payable experience
  • Background in Accounts Payable
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Organized, curious, and motivated to learn
  • Experience with Purchase Orders
  • Experience with ERPs (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite) — experience with at least one is a big plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Service oriented and collaborative
  • Positive energy
  • Experience nurturing relationships with vendors
  • Knows their debits and credits (and has done postings before)
  • Familiarity with AI-based automation tools in finance operations or a strong desire to develop expertise in enhancing AP workflows through technology
  • Experience with Intercom or chat-based support and simple ERP integrations
  • Agile, data-aware, and always asking “What’s a smarter way to do this?”
