About the role
- Define and execute product features and roadmap items that support the broader product strategy and company goals.
- Leverage AI-driven technologies and data driven insights to innovate, improve user experience and reduce operational friction.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to ensure timely delivery and successful product outcomes.
- Serve as the product domain expert, clearly communicating vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Serve as the voice of the customer in all product decisions, advocating for delightful, intuitive user experiences.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated success driving product initiatives that lead to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI.
- Practical experience applying AI to product experiences.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for using data and customer feedback to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
