About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquisition, support and advisory services for customers in the aviation industry
- Preparation of customer-specific quotations in close coordination with internal technical departments
- First point of contact for servicing existing customers
- Identifying and approaching potential new customers and presenting the service portfolio
- Independent preparation, execution, follow-up and documentation of customer visits
- Expansion and development of sustainable, long-term partnerships with our customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed vocational training or academic degree with a technical and/or business focus
- Familiarity with technical drawings (analog or digital)
- Professional experience in a comparable sales position selling technically complex products and services
- Good technical understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and convincing manner in customer interactions
- Knowledge and experience in the aviation industry desirable
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient use of ERP systems (preferably ABAS) and common MS Office applications
- Independent working style
