- Assist in planning, setting up and maintaining IT systems
- Support the deployment, configuration and operation of networks and servers
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and maintain operating systems and applications
- Provide advice and technical support to users
- Create system documentation and user manuals
- Work with modern technologies, IT security standards and data protection policies
Requirements
- General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or equivalent
- Interest in IT, technology and technical contexts
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Careful and responsible way of working
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and ideally initial IT experience (e.g., through internships, school projects or personal projects)
- Willingness to learn, initiative and reliability
- Discipline and resilience
- Perseverance and organizational skills – you are prepared for a demanding dual program combining vocational training and university studies
