- Participate in planning, setting up, and maintaining IT systems
- Support the deployment, configuration, and operation of networks and servers
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and manage operating systems and applications
- Provide advice and technical support to users
- Create system documentation and user guides
- Work with modern technologies, IT security standards, and data protection policies
Requirements
- General university entrance qualification (Abitur)
- Interest in IT, technology, and technical contexts
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Careful and responsible approach to work
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and ideally initial IT experience (e.g., through internships, school projects, or personal interest)
- Willingness to learn, self-initiative, and reliability
- Discipline and the ability to work under pressure
- Stamina and organizational skills – you are prepared for the demanding dual program of apprenticeship and degree studies
