About the role
- Geometric inspection and evaluation of welded assemblies
- Inspection and assessment of weld quality using non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, primarily VT, MT and PT
- Preparation of required quality documentation
- Support in failure and root cause analysis for detected quality deviations and recurring fault patterns
- Initiate and monitor long-term corrective actions and promote continuous improvement measures
- Ensure compliance with internal and customer-specific quality requirements
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in a technical/trades field or equivalent qualifications
- Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9712 in at least one of the following methods required: Visual Testing (VT Level 2), Penetrant Testing (PT Level 2), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT Level 2)
- Relevant experience in non-destructive testing, evaluation of welded joints and geometric measurement
