About the role
- Assist in planning, setting up, and maintaining IT systems
- Support the deployment, configuration, and operation of networks and servers
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and maintain operating systems and applications
- Provide advice and technical support to users
- Create system documentation and user guides
- Work with modern technologies, IT security standards, and data protection regulations
Requirements
- At least a secondary school diploma (intermediate level)
- Interest in IT, technology, and technical concepts
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Careful and responsible working style
- Team player with good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and ideally first IT experience (e.g., through internships, school projects, or personal projects)
