About the role
- Geometric inspection and evaluation of welded assemblies
- Testing and assessment of weld quality using non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, primarily Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
- Preparation of required quality documentation
- Supporting defect and root-cause analysis for identified quality deviations and systematic failure patterns
- Initiating and monitoring long-term corrective actions and promoting continuous improvement measures
- Ensuring compliance with internal and customer-specific quality requirements
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical/trades field or equivalent qualifications
- Qualification according to DIN EN ISO 9712 in at least one of the following methods required: Visual Testing (VT Level 2)
- Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT Level 2)
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT Level 2)
- Relevant experience in non-destructive testing, evaluation of welds and geometric measurement
