Experience leading technical design workshops with enterprise clients
Strong communication skills — clear, confident client-facing presence is essential to this role
Ability to work under a lead architect's direction while owning workstream delivery
Availability to travel/attend design workshops on-site as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
Enterprise/manufacturing or automotive client experience
VMware certifications (VCAP/VCDX or VCF-specific certifications)
Prior authorship of HLD/design documents for large infrastructure environments
