About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and VCF OPS
Enable real-time infrastructure inventory data flow into the SNOW CMDB
Develop and maintain integration scripts, flows, and custom API endpoints
Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, cloud architects, and infrastructure teams
Document integration architecture, data mappings, and technical specifications
Troubleshoot API connectivity, data sync, and performance issues
Advise on best practices for ServiceNow platform governance and API security

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration
Hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) or vRealize/Aria Operations
Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and integration middleware
Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping in SNOW
Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub or MID Server configurations
Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT asset/configuration management
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Eligible to work in the United States
**Nice to have**
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or equivalent
VMware VCP or VCAP certification
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
Exposure to cloud infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible)
