Solutions Engineer

• Lead and support Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define systems strategy, gather business requirements, and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Design and configure modules including Oracle Cloud Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Subledger Accounting and Accounting Hub.
• Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Integrated Systems Testing, and End User Training (virtual and in-person).
• Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with Oracle Support.
• Work closely with finance teams to design Chart of Accounts, financial reports, and accounting processes.
• Support Oracle Cloud EPM tools like ARCS and EPBCS (preferred).
