About the role
- Commissioning, maintenance and further development of all company IT and telecommunications systems
- Installation, configuration and administration of client and server systems, central applications and services on-premises and in the cloud
- Configuration and operational administration of firewall systems
- Development and maintenance of in-house applications
- First- and second-level support for company employees and our subsidiaries
- Coordination and implementation of new IT measures with external service providers
- Implementation and monitoring of IT security policies and requirements (ISO 27001)
- Optional participation in our IT on-call service after onboarding
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Strong administration skills with Microsoft software on-premises and in the cloud, virtualization, LAN, WAN, firewalls and IT security
- Independent, conscientious and solution-oriented working style as well as organizational skills
- Ability to analyze faults in complex system structures
- Reliability, team spirit and good communication skills
