About the role

  • Independently manage procurement and tendering processes for materials and services
  • Lead strategic negotiations: develop, prepare and implement professional purchasing and negotiation strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business law, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
  • At least 5 years' professional experience in purchasing goods and construction/services
  • Experience in the energy sector and public procurement law is desirable, e.g., in electricity, gas, district heating, digital networks, or generation
  • Confident interaction with C-level counterparts and strong skills in offer analysis
  • Excellent strategic thinking and strong decision-making ability
  • Strong communication skills
