About the role
- Independently manage procurement and tendering processes for materials and services
- Lead strategic negotiations: develop, prepare and implement professional purchasing and negotiation strategies
- Maintain and administer procurement-related systems (ERP, eProcurement, SRM)
- Provide service-oriented collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely procurement execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business law, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years' professional experience in purchasing goods and construction/services
- Experience in the energy sector and public procurement law is desirable, e.g., in electricity, gas, district heating, digital networks, or generation
- Confident interaction with C-level counterparts and strong skills in offer analysis
- Excellent strategic thinking and strong decision-making ability
- Strong communication skills
