About the role

  • You personally manage commercial, industrial and key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
  • You prepare and price quotes, conduct contract negotiations and support deal closures
  • You take on contract and existing-customer management in the B2B sector
  • You are responsible for energy billing for commercial and industrial customers and implement it personally
  • You support the team in back office and customer service when required
  • You support sales and team management in developing the department and contribute new sales approaches
  • You actively participate in company-wide projects (e.g., process improvements, digitalization)

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial/business discipline, preferably with further training in sales, the energy sector, or business administration
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the energy industry or a comparable environment
  • Basic understanding of energy products/billing, pricing and contract models — or willingness to learn quickly
  • Analytical thinking, a structured working style and good numeracy
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and customer orientation
  • Confident user of MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM and billing systems is an advantage
