About the role
- You personally manage commercial, industrial and key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
- You prepare and price quotes, conduct contract negotiations and support deal closures
- You take on contract and existing-customer management in the B2B sector
- You are responsible for energy billing for commercial and industrial customers and implement it personally
- You support the team in back office and customer service when required
- You support sales and team management in developing the department and contribute new sales approaches
- You actively participate in company-wide projects (e.g., process improvements, digitalization)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial/business discipline, preferably with further training in sales, the energy sector, or business administration
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the energy industry or a comparable environment
- Basic understanding of energy products/billing, pricing and contract models — or willingness to learn quickly
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style and good numeracy
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and customer orientation
- Confident user of MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM and billing systems is an advantage
