About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the organization's data and analytics environment, including Qlik Sense, Snowflake, Fivetran, Census, and Veeva CRM
Monitor and troubleshoot data integrations and pipelines
Investigate data inconsistencies and resolve issues with internal teams, consultants, and vendors
Establish scalable data organization, documentation, and governance processes
Improve automation, data architecture, and data environment efficiency
Manage technology vendor relationships
Develop and administer Qlik Sense dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reports
Create standardized reporting for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Leadership
Analyze business performance, trends, opportunities, and areas for investigation
Present dashboards, reports, and insights to organizational stakeholders
Support recurring reporting and ad hoc analytical requests
Partner with business units to understand reporting and analytics needs
Contribute to data and reporting strategy
Evaluate automation, AI, and emerging technologies
Support integrations with additional platforms, including potential Amazon and Shopify integrations
Balance ongoing reporting with long-term data improvement and implementation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Management, or a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense is required
Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities
Experience working with data warehouses, integrations, and ETL/ELT processes
Experience with Snowflake is strongly preferred
Experience with Fivetran, Census, and/or Veeva CRM is an asset
Power BI experience is an asset
Strong understanding of data organization, data quality, governance, and scalable data practices
Ability to investigate data discrepancies and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems
Strong business acumen and ability to identify key insights and business drivers within data
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with external technology vendors and consultants is an asset
