• Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and drive technical strategy.
• Lead engineering teams and ensure successful delivery of AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, Applied, and Operations to translate AI innovations into market-ready solutions.
• Define and execute engineering roadmap aligned with company AI vision and business objectives.
• Hands-on leader who writes code and debugs problems with the team.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and secure full-stack applications and APIs.
• Ensure best practices in software development, architecture, cloud infrastructure, security, and observability.
• Drive technical excellence via CI/CD, DevOps/MLOps practices and track KPIs for engineering efficiency.
