About the role
- Provide outpatient, community, and school-based therapy
- Conduct clinical assessments and crisis services
- Help clients resolve issues to avoid institutionalization
- Build strong rapport and apply creative techniques
- Complete clinical documentation
- Assist with community-based services as needed
Requirements
- Master's in Counseling, MFT, or Social Work
- Eligible for or already a Virginia Resident/Licensed Therapist
- Experience in mental health (community-based preferred)
- Family-oriented, flexible, optimistic, and open to learning
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record
