About the role

  • Videography: You plan and shoot short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube & Instagram.
  • Editing & Post-production: You edit videos and finalize them with error-free subtitles, sound, animation & color grading, and implement feedback confidently.
  • Concept & Ownership: You contribute your own ideas, develop concepts together with the team, and ensure every content piece is on point.
  • Photography (optional): If you have an eye for it, you can additionally shoot images for the website, LinkedIn & campaigns.

Requirements

  • Study or practical experience: You are studying media production, film or design — or you have already proven your video skills in real projects.
  • Technical know-how: You handle camera, lighting & editing confidently (e.g., with Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Social media affinity: You are up to date on what works on social media and have a sense for relevant trends and storytelling.
  • Content quality: You have fluent, error-free German language skills, work precisely and meet deadlines.
  • Drive: You want to grow, contribute your ideas and actively help shape our joint growth journey.
