About the role
- You own forecasting, planning and cash‑flow transparency
- You build reporting and KPI dashboards that make decision‑making easier
- You analyze margin, working capital and growth effects
- You design scalable processes across teams
- You reduce complexity and sources of manual error
- You ensure decisions are implemented faster
- You automate repetitive tasks (Make/Zapier, etc.)
- You turn data into action
- You develop a system that empowers the whole team to move forward
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business/Economics, or a comparable field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or business operations
- Strong numerical and business acumen
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (scenario modeling, forecasting, pivot tables)
- Ownership & speed – you drive projects forward independently
- Growth mindset – you aim to optimize, automate and scale
- Nice-to-have: BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Data Studio)
- Nice-to-have: automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier)
- Understanding of e‑commerce / D2C
