Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business/Economics, or a comparable field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or business operations
  • Strong numerical and business acumen
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (scenario modeling, forecasting, pivot tables)
  • Ownership & speed – you drive projects forward independently
  • Growth mindset – you aim to optimize, automate and scale
  • Nice-to-have: BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Data Studio)
  • Nice-to-have: automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier)
  • Understanding of e‑commerce / D2C
