About the role
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct ABA services, including one-on-one therapy sessions and group interventions.
- Supervise and mentor ABA Counselors and Behavior Technicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and holistic support for clients.
- Maintain accurate records, data collection, and progress reporting.
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of ABA.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, including behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis.
