About the role
- Compliance with legal and technical requirements for drinking water hygiene (e.g., the Drinking Water Ordinance, DVGW regulations)
- Planning, monitoring and documentation of maintenance, repair and renovation measures for drinking water systems
- Coordination and technical supervision of employees and external service providers
- Evaluation of water analyses and initiation of required measures
- Advising tenants and internal departments on drinking water quality and safety
- Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and reports
- Participation in the optimization of processes and technical standards in drinking water management
- Coordination with authorities and public offices
- Assuming additional technical operator responsibilities and contributing to cross-departmental projects
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a Master Craftsman, Technician or Engineer in supply engineering, sanitary engineering, environmental engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Strong knowledge of drinking water hygiene, applicable standards and legal requirements
- Experience in planning, overseeing and maintaining drinking water systems
- Proficient user of MS Office (especially Word and Excel); experience with SAP is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with an independent and structured working approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Willingness to pursue continuous professional development
