About the role

  • Compliance with legal and technical requirements for drinking water hygiene (e.g., the Drinking Water Ordinance, DVGW regulations)
  • Planning, monitoring and documentation of maintenance, repair and renovation measures for drinking water systems
  • Coordination and technical supervision of employees and external service providers
  • Evaluation of water analyses and initiation of required measures
  • Advising tenants and internal departments on drinking water quality and safety
  • Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and reports
  • Participation in the optimization of processes and technical standards in drinking water management
  • Coordination with authorities and public offices
  • Assuming additional technical operator responsibilities and contributing to cross-departmental projects

Requirements

  • Completed qualification as a Master Craftsman, Technician or Engineer in supply engineering, sanitary engineering, environmental engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong knowledge of drinking water hygiene, applicable standards and legal requirements
  • Experience in planning, overseeing and maintaining drinking water systems
  • Proficient user of MS Office (especially Word and Excel); experience with SAP is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with an independent and structured working approach
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development
  • High resilience and dedication
