About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of digital learning solution initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage cutting-edge learning technologies with AI-enabled capabilities that enhance training effectiveness and elevate learner engagement across diverse client sectors.
- Support the leadership in formulating and driving the strategic direction of digital learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of learning technology solutions including Learning platforms, Talent Management Systems and digital content.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions that leverage emerging technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and AI-based learning tools.
- Analyze learning program effectiveness using data analytics and feedback mechanisms to recommend continuous improvements.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage procurement processes for learning technologies and services.
- Support the planning and implementation of AI-enabled learning capabilities, including intelligent search, personalised learning recommendations, virtual assistants, learning analytics, and generative AI features.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill internal teams and ensure adoption of new digital tools.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and corporate policies in the development and deployment of digital learning solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Learning Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing learning technology projects or digital learning solutions preferably within the training and learning sector.
- Strong understanding of e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and emerging digital learning trends.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning and technological innovation.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI concepts.
- Awareness of AI applications within learning technologies and digital workplace solutions.
