About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform servicing, maintenance and repair of M&E equipment for military systems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that maintenance services meets all contractual requirements and KPIs
- Carry out (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) MRO activities for Radar Systems, Drones and other Low-Level Equipment
- Responsible for ensuring contractual monthly performances are met
- Prepare Service report, indentation of spares and coordination of works with customers and internal stakeholders
- Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in work processes and ensure 5S are performed in the workshop and on site
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma / Degree in Engineering field, prefer Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Knowledge in SAP and military systems maintenance is an advantage
- Having Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License (UAPL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority is an advantage
- Highly motivated individual who can work independently or with a team
- Comfortable to travel overseas for short period of time to support exercise if required
- Possess Class 3 license is an advantage
- Singaporean only
