About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy and manage ground station systems: set up, configuration, and maintenance of advanced antenna systems, network and supporting hardware
Operate satellite ground stations: Coordinate with satellite owners for pass bookings
Schedule antenna operations and manage automated downlinks
Receive and process raw satellite data into usable products
Run quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability
Deliver processed data to clients through secure network channels
Contribute to remote operations, health monitoring, and anomaly resolution
Ensure stable and secure ground station network operations, troubleshoot issues, and improve resiliency
Support the full cycle of satellite imagery — from tasking, to processing, to exploitation
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD processes integrating AI solutions to automate and optimize ground station and data operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge in Aerospace / Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / GIS or equivalent
Familiarity with network and system administration is a strong advantage
Prior exposure to satellite ground station operations is highly valued, but not essential
Willingness to take on rotating shifts to support rotating mission operations
Proactive, motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
A strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-evolving space-tech environment
