About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency program
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
  • Board certification must be maintained, with no lapse longer than one year
  • Certification must be recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association
