About the role
- Responsible for coordinating the Controlled Substance Diversion Prevention Program for the health system’s inpatient Pharmacy departments.
- Ensure that the health system has processes in place to minimize the risk of controlled substance diversion.
- Assist site-based pharmacy leadership in developing workflows that minimize the risk of diversion.
- Coordinate and perform audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
Requirements
- High School graduate
- Adept in use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
