About the role
- You support the day-to-day operation of our network infrastructure
- You help set up and maintain network components such as switches, routers and firewalls
- You investigate network issues and learn how to analyze and resolve them systematically
- You contribute to hardware rollouts, site connections and technical improvements
- You build knowledge in monitoring, security and performance — learning by doing
Requirements
- Vocational training, a degree, or equivalent entry-level experience in the IT field
- Basic networking knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP, VLANs, routing)
- Eagerness to learn and take on responsibility
- No hesitation about asking questions — this role is designed for that
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
