About the role
- Design and develop the Microsoft infrastructure (Windows Server, M365, Endpoint Security)
- Evaluate technological innovations and potential use cases
- Drive infrastructure projects as Epic Coordinator
- Promote and support active knowledge transfer within the team
- Contribute ideas for the continuous development of the tech landscape and IT philosophy
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience as a System Engineer or System Administrator
- Microsoft server operating systems (on-prem AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure)
- Virtualization, backup/restore, hardware, and monitoring
- Basic network knowledge is a plus
- Passion for standardization and automation
- Familiarity with common agile development and IT operations processes
- Excellent German and English skills – written and spoken
