About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sales agreements, commercial leases (office, retail and industrial) representing both landlords and tenants, and asset-management related agreements.
- Manage all stages of commercial transactions, including due diligence, title and survey review and closings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex real estate transactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing transactional real estate law
- Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to client service and strong desire to take ownership of matters
