About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and maintenance of an existing ERP customer portfolio
- Handling support cases in the 1st and 2nd level helpdesk
- Reviewing and processing system functions and customer requirements
- Version and test management
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as an IT systems management assistant (IT-Systemkaufmann), IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann)
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Knowledge of the packaging industry and SQL Server is an advantage
- Strong IT affinity and technical understanding
- Team player with good communication skills
