About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement comprehensive product commercialization strategies and plans for new and existing products, including pricing, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market
- Lead cross-functional teams across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Training
- Define and track KPIs for product launches and ongoing product performance
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership
- Develop and manage product launch budgets and timelines
- Create sales enablement tools, collateral, and training programs
- Collaborate with marketing on integrated campaigns driving product awareness, demand generation, and lead conversion
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare technology market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Identify and implement process improvements for product commercialization workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or commercialization within healthcare technology or software
- Proven track record of launching and commercializing complex software products
- Strong understanding of the healthcare payer and/or provider market
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and CRM software
- MBA preferred
