About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT application projects
Manage Salesforce projects, including new implementations, application enhancements, integrations, data migrations, and platform upgrades
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management plans
Facilitate project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communications
Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, quality assurance resources, architects, and external vendors
Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, training, and change management activities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, where applicable
Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of project management experience leading the delivery of enterprise IT application initiatives
Strong background managing cross-functional projects
Significant experience overseeing Salesforce-related implementations, enhancements, integrations, and business transformation initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience leading enterprise IT application initiatives
Demonstrated success delivering projects utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Experience managing project timelines, scope, risks, and resources
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
Experience coordinating technical and business teams in a matrixed environment
Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
