About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT application projects
- Manage Salesforce projects, including new implementations, application enhancements, integrations, data migrations, and platform upgrades
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management plans
- Facilitate project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communications
- Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, quality assurance resources, architects, and external vendors
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, training, and change management activities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, where applicable
- Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of project management experience leading the delivery of enterprise IT application initiatives
- Strong background managing cross-functional projects
- Significant experience overseeing Salesforce-related implementations, enhancements, integrations, and business transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience leading enterprise IT application initiatives
- Demonstrated success delivering projects utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Experience managing project timelines, scope, risks, and resources
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Experience coordinating technical and business teams in a matrixed environment
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
